Customers who voluntarily opt in may receive appointment-related SMS messages from Business Pro SMS.
Messages may include:
Customers opt in by voluntarily providing their mobile phone number and separately checking an unchecked SMS consent checkbox during the online appointment booking process.
SMS consent is optional.
SMS consent is not required to book an appointment or purchase goods or services.
Customers may receive up to 6 SMS messages per appointment, depending on appointment activity.
Message and data rates may apply according to the customer's wireless carrier and mobile plan.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages.

Business Pro SMS does not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
